Technical Requirements

It’s easy to join our ShareTraining webinars.

We use WebEx for our seminars. To participate in our seminars you will need a telephone and a computer with Internet access. A few days before your seminar, you will receive an email with details of how to join the conference. Once you have logged in, the WebEx system will prompt you to enter your telephone number, and you will receive an immediate call back connecting you to the audio portion of the conference.

NOTE: If you will not be participating from a direct-dial number (your phone number is an extension, for example) you will need to dial into the system directly. Instructions will be provided in the email for direct-dialing in.

Conference Requirements

A telephone
Any telephone will do, including a mobile phone. Most participants find it easier with a headset or a telephone with speaker.
Please ensure that your organization’s telephone system allows you to call toll-free and phone conference centers.

Computer with Internet Access
We strongly recommend that you visit the WebEx website prior to registering for a seminar to ensure that your computer and browser are compatible with WebEx.  Technical details on system requirements can be found here and a browser check can be found here.
